Giving towards Haiti relief

By Pastor Ben Eige in Ephesus Church about 2 years ago | 262 views Link: http://bit.ly/7H5fOu

I’m sure you all are aware of the devastation that has happened in Haiti this week. Many of you may have a heart to help and do something to bring relief to the survivors. One of the benefits of being a part of Foursquare are the resources available when calamities like this occur. Foursquare has 7 churches in Haiti, but so far communication has not been established with these churches and leadership. A team is already on the way to the country to assess the situation and begin to develop a plan for relief.

As a church, we will be taking a special offering this Sunday to go towards the relief efforts Foursquare will be coordinating. Please prayerfully consider how you can give towards efforts in Haiti.

Ephesus Church

Ephesus Church is a church in Uptown Charlotte. We’re about people, culture, this city and Jesus. The Apostle Paul planted a church in the center of the city of Ephesus, which was then a part of the Roman Empire. Ephesus was a growing, vibrant city, the center of trade and commerce in its part of the world, much as Charlotte is today. The church Paul planted loved Jesus and loved their city. We want to be a church that does the same, thus Ephesus Church. We’re a church that wants to love Jesus, love people and love this city.
